Review-request emails
After Shopify marks an order fulfilled, ReviewTrix can schedule a review-request email:
- Free: one global delay (1–14 days), up to 50 emails per UTC month
- Pro ($19/month): domestic and international delays, up to 1,000 emails per UTC month, multi-product listing of order items
Check Review requests for Scheduled / Sent / Failed status and monthly usage. Customers who submit via the email link are marked verified purchase when order data is available. Submissions still need moderation.
