Post-review incentives

In the ReviewTrix admin, configure incentive campaigns that can show a discount code paste and referral prompt after a review is submitted. Keep offers compliant with your store policies.

Public API

Merchants can create Bearer tokens in the app and call REST /api/v1 endpoints for listing, submitting, and summary data. Treat tokens like secrets; rotate if exposed.

Klaviyo and Gorgias

Connect providers from Integrations. ReviewTrix can emit review events to Klaviyo and open support tickets in Gorgias when configured. Disconnect anytime from the same screen.

Marketplace import

URL-based Amazon / Flipkart import is not shipped. Use CSV import.
