The product insights / dashboard views summarize volume and rating trends from your review corpus. Use them to spot quiet SKUs or rating dips — not as a substitute for reading important reviews.

What is Coming soon

Automated AI theme clustering, sentiment scoring, fake-review detection, and reply assist are not live. Marketing and in-app placeholders may say Coming soon. Do not expect those workflows until they are released.
