Only approved content should appear on the storefront.

Review queues

Open Reviews in the embedded admin:

• Pending — new submissions (storefront form or review-request emails)
• Approved — published; these count toward Free/Pro published allowances
• Rejected / hidden — not public; do not consume the published allowance

Actions: approve, hide, delete. Merchant replies and featured reviews are available where enabled in the app.

Product Q&A

If Q&A is enabled for your shop:

1. Open Q&A (or Questions) in admin
2. Approve, hide, answer, or delete customer questions
3. Add the Q&A Theme App Extension block on the product template

Plan limits

Free: up to 100 published reviews. Pro: up to 5,000. Hitting the cap blocks new publishes until you upgrade or unpublish — ReviewTrix does not delete your data on downgrade.
