CSV review import

CSV is the supported migration path today. Competitor one-click migrate and marketplace URL scrapers are not shipped.

Steps

1. Open Imports in the ReviewTrix admin
2. Download the sample CSV
3. Fill rows with product identifiers, rating, title, body, reviewer name, and dates as documented in the sample
4. Upload and wait for validation
5. Download the error report if any rows fail; fix and re-upload
6. Moderate imported reviews before (or after) publish, depending on how you mapped status

Limits and safety

• Keep files within the documented size and row bounds shown in Imports
• Do not email full CSVs with personal data over insecure channels
• Approved imports count toward published-review allowances

One-click Judge.me / Loox / Yotpo / Stamped migrate and Amazon / Flipkart URL import remain on the roadmap — use CSV until they ship.
