Migrate reviews to ReviewTrix with CSV

If you are leaving another review app, ReviewTrix supports CSV import today.

Steps

1. Export reviews from your current tool (usually CSV or spreadsheet)
2. Open ReviewTrix → Imports → download the sample CSV
3. Map columns to the sample headers (product id, rating, title, body, name, date)
4. Upload, fix any rows from the error report, and re-upload if needed
5. Moderate imported reviews before they go public (as needed)

What is not available yet

One-click Judge.me / Loox / Yotpo / Stamped migrate and Amazon / Flipkart URL import are not shipped. Do not expect a marketplace scraper in the live app — use CSV until those features launch.

After import

Enable Theme App Extension widgets, approve pending items, and configure review-request emails within Free/Pro allowances.
